Tulton advises to protect your idea before telling a third party. How to protect your idea:
  1. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA);
  2. To patent;
  3. Fast introduction into the market;
  4. Importance of the press and other circulation channels

If you have to patent a new idea it is necessary to explain it and show all the details of the project to a patent company. How can you do this?
We advise you to choose carefully the company you turn to. A good criterion of selection is to ask some questions to the company you are getting in touch with. In particular it could be useful to know how long it has been operating, which kind of experts work for it(engineers, lawyers) and the experience they have in the specific field in which you want to get a patent.

Even if we do not work out any activity as a patent study, in Tulton we have good relationships with some important Patent Companies and we can take our clients during the patenting process. If you want to have more guarantee, you can ask to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement(NDA).
